Invoice financing made easy

Invoice Page

Raising finance from your unpaid invoice has been simplified. All your company needs to do is:

  • Select a debtor from the dropdown menu, the dropdown menu contains a list of approved debtors for your company.

  • Upload a digital copy of the invoice pending payments from the selected debtor and click on next.

  • Upload a request letter from your company, request letter should have your company letter head.

  • Optional, if you have a limited liability company or a partnership then you are required to upload a board resolution from your company assigning you as the designated person to submit this invoice.

Submit an invoice

After uploading the digital copy of your invoice you are required to fill in the details on the left side of the screen.

You can only request only up to 70% of the total invoice value.

The date you submitted the invoice to your client cannot fall on a future date.

The date the invoice is due cannot fall on a date after the date payment is expected.

The date payment is expected cannot fall on a date before the invoice due date and the date the invoice was submitted.

Your company cannot submit more than one invoice at a time. No funds would be disbursed until your previous outstanding invoice is settled.
